This is version 2.6
* A comprehensive, downloadable and completely adopt simplification measures implemented in 3.0:
** simpler, flatter, potentially all local distribution deployment (#2007)

* Clean third-party license documentation
* Support Java 9 and Java 10 (#1991, [[Java9_Support]])
* Upgraded Jetty (#1993, [[Jetty9_4_support]])
* Get rid of outdated 3rd party libs, update needed 3rd party libs (#1983)
* Allow for simpler - less copy & paste - environment adaptation (#2003)
* Actually have a distribution and list 3rd licenses

* Will only support running on Java 9 (due to support of Layers)
