Description

When resolving z-project references locally in the workspace, only other armed projects should serve as local resolution target.

fixed with Eclipsoid Version 1.1.0

The Eclipsoid Library Container still resolves the CP for all Z-Projects (armed and disarmed).
However 'project references' are only used to armed z-projects.
