The actual problem is the namespace change in z2v3 to org.z2env.
This means:
* the generated templates are wrong,
* z.properties files are not recognized
Suggestion: Add a configuration for the namespace or retrieve the actual templates from the server (which is uncool, as at least one sync must have happened).
More benefits:
* could easily support new web.xml templates (e.g. for servlet 3.x)
