As Jetty 9 has changed Connector and Server API we need to adapt Gateway as a consequence of #1923. Furthermore * The documentation in [[How_to_Gateway]] needs to be updated. * The sample in "z2-samples-gateway":https://redmine.z2-environment.net/projects/z2-samples/repository/z2-samples-gateway needs to updated.
