Acceptance Criteria¶

gitcr.ref can be set to a tag (refs/tags/<tag name>),
or a branch (refs/heads/<branch name>) or
HEAD for the default branch.
For compatibility, it can also be a remote tracking branch (refs/remotes/origin/<branch name> or origin/<branch name>).
