• com.zfabrik.dev.transport: when "Filter on User's projects" is set the
  transport contains only changes up to the latest user's revision (per
  project)

User X has changed projects A, B & C within a revision range from #1000
to #1800 in the source repo, while HEAD is at #2000. User X has changed
project A on revisions #1100, #1200 & #1300, project B on #1150, #1350
and #1550 and project C on #1600 and #1800.
The Transport tool will create the delta workspace for project A
considering changes up to revision #1300, for project B up to #1550 and
project c up to #1800, ignoring all later changes

• com.zfabrik.transport/tool: add "only user's project" filter, so that
  only projects are provided that were changed by the user in the given
  revision range
